KTM Class 26 ialah salah satu lokomotif diesel yang dioperasikan oleh KTM Berhad (KTMB). Lokomotif ini agak popular kerana ketahanan dan juga kebolehannya mengangkut kargo-kargo yang berat. Lokomotif ini juga dikenali dengan nama Blue Tiger.
The first batch of locomotives were first received by KTM on October 2nd 2003. According to keretapi.com, another 15 locomotives will arrive by the year’s end. According to the same source also, this 3000hp locomotive is most powerful locomotive that KTMB owns. It was build by Bombardier, Germany (Adtranz/General Electric collaboration)
Recently the Blue Tiger resurfaced again in mainstream newspapers because it has been used by a Johorean royalty for their Kembara Mahkota Program.
Here at LANDASAN we think this is the most beautiful locomotive that KTMB has ever had. Even better than the Class 29 Dalian locomotive.
